Kay is a passionate and experienced wedding officiant who creates personalized ceremonies that reflect the love and commitment of each couple. She is dedicated to making your special day unforgettable. She will meet you with warmth, compassion and a shared desire to make your ceremony spectacular.
Kay is a native of Astoria, Oregon, and she works within the mental health field, yet her passion also extends to being an integral part of bringing your envisioned wedding ceremony to fruition as it is her joy to do so. Kay, herself, was an Army bride, and her wedding was not only short without any frills or special touches; the date was even dictated by the Army. Out of that experience was born a passion to make sure that others didn't encounter the same experience. No matter what you're seeking, Kay is open to it all, and celebrates all forms of love.
